Pacific Ballet Academy and the Center for Autism and Related Disorders Present THE NUTCRACKER - An Autism/Sensory Friendly Performance

Sunday, November 24 at 1 pm
Pacific Ballet Academy celebrates its 29th Annual Nutcracker! Clara joins her family and friends at a Christmas parts and is given the Nutcracker by her beloved godfather, Herr Drosselmeyer. This sensory friendly performance of just ACT II offers guests and families living with autism or other special needs an opportunity to enjoy "The Nutcracker" in a safe and accepting environment. An inclusive space is created with special considerations such as scaled-down production elements (lights, sound, etc,) and a quiet zone outside the performance space. This performance is one hour long and is appropriate for all ages.

Please note: this performance is general admission seating, first come first served and wheelchair companion seats may be located next to or in some instances behind the designated wheelchair space.

The theater doors will open 45 minutes prior to the performance.

The Center has assembled a Pre-Visit Guide that will provide visuals to help familiarize patrons with the spaces and experiences they will encounter while attending this show.
