Managing a child with developmental and behavioral disorders is very challenging!! Parents and families require their own supports in order to keep up with life's everyday demands while maintaining their own well-being. We must be healthy in order to be there for our children. This support group is here to provide an outlet for families to share safely (judgment free!), feel less isolated, and gain reliable tools to use in managing certain situations. This group will offer an exchange of strategies parent to parent, as well as skills from professionals specializing in self care and mindfulness. Looking forward to connecting with you!
