Sibling Support Program: A Family-Centered Mental Health Initiative
Sibling Support Program: A Family-Centered Mental Health Initiative. We provide free, virtual groups on the first Thursday of each month for siblings and caregivers of children with behavioral or mental health needs. The goals of the groups are to increase sibling resiliency and decrease trauma, increase parental competency and confidence, and build capacity among clinicians that practice family-centered mental health care. This program was developed at UMass Chan Medical School and is available to family members across the country. For more information, email emily.rubin@umassmed.edu.
