For the Community & Family

Workplace Inclusion Now™ (WIN) provides supplemental training to those supporting autistic job seekers in their employment journey.

Parents, caregivers, job coaches, vocational rehabilitation counselors, community service providers and educational institutions can help promote inclusive hiring by enrolling in WIN

A key component is online training courses, including several designed in collaboration with Virginia Commonwealth University Autism Center for Education, a national leader in developing knowledge and research-based practices to support individuals with autism spectrum disorder so they can lead quality lives, including at work.
