Follow along with Tyler’s daily stretch below:

  • First, we will begin with small arm circles. Stretch your arms out like this and move them in small circles for 15 seconds. Now let’s switch directions. Great job! 
  • Next, we will do hand stretches. Are you ready? Let’s begin! Stretch your arm out like this. Make fists, hold, and release. Let’s do this for 15 seconds. Now let’s do them above our heads. Great job! 
  • Now we will do neck stretches. Are you ready? Let’s begin! Hold the top of your head and bed your neck gently like this for 5 seconds. Let’s switch sides. Great job! 
  • Next, let’s do rotation stretches. Are you ready? Let’s begin! Reach up high and rotate at the hips like this. We will do this 10 times rotating sides. Great job! 
  • Lastly, we will do squats. Are you ready? Let’s begin! Squat in a wide stance like this. Hold and release. We will do this for 5 seconds.
